We recently completed a whole home renovation with Leon and his team, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. Leon took our gutted, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath single-family home and turned it into a modern masterpiece. The project was particularly challenging due to the 28 stairs leading to the front door, making material delivery and equipment usage difficult. Leon meticulously followed the construction drawings while also providing his expert opinion to enhance the design. He is an exceptional thought partner and a very clear communicator. His attention to detail is unmatched; he ensures that work is redone if it doesn't meet his standards, even if it's on his subcontractors to correct it. Leon goes beyond, often pitching in on out-of-scope items to make the finished product even better. He works nonstop, 24/7, and always had his crew on-site, ensuring timely execution. Thanks to Leon's dedication and hard work, my wife and I now have a home we truly love.
Leon was a dream to work with and did incredible work that touched every single room in our 1,900 sq foot home. From the beginning, he was a great communicator, highly responsive, very reasonably priced, open to our evolving ideas (and to fixing them when we made bad choices), gave us great expert advice along the way (from choosing a bathtub to tile layout), brought a fantastic team to get the work done (including electrician and plumber that he coordinated), finished ahead of schedule, and was overall extremely accommodating. We feel so fortunate to have found him and will absolutely work with him in the future. Here’s the work that Leon and his team did for us: 1) Responded to my Angie’s List message less than 30 mins after receiving, met us at our house the day we closed, and started the work one week later. 2) Painted every room in the home as well as our kitchen cabinets 3) Converted our one-car garage into living space, complete with insulation, electric baseboard heat, can lights, and replacing a garage door with French doors (which included building the door frame and exterior patching) 4) Laid luxury vinyl plank throughout our downstairs and the converted garage 5) Gut renovated our main suite bathroom 6) Exposed the beams in our living room 7) 101 other random things including replacing all of our faucets, 2 toilets, door handles, replacing exterior shudders, power washed exterior, hung new ceiling fans, replaced a number of light fixtures, the list goes on… We trusted him implicitly and not once needed to follow up to ensure a project was being completed on time. I’m certain that he shielded us from the unexpected hiccups that are bound to come up when renovating a home and absorbed them without stressing us out. The entire experience was more seamless than we could have ever imagined. It’s clear that Leon sets a high bar for himself and his team - and hits the mark. You should not think twice about hiring Leon and his team.
